How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Team Lead, you lead a small expert team and work towards successful stakeholder's satisfaction and delivery on agreed service scope
  • You are responsible for steering projects in a cross-functional team setup to ensure the delivery of projects and goals, while managing project timelines and resources effectively
  • You are passionate about stakeholder management, project steering and understanding project challenges and opportunities 
  • You feel comfortable driving topics forward in a context of market-related matters
  • Your responsibilities include ensuring the success of projects, identifying and addressing potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • You are responsible for the regular communication stakeholders to provide updates, manage feedback and ensure expectations are met throughout the project and product lifecycle
  • As part of your role, you feel comfortable in a buying-oriented organization with an international scope towards a service-oriented support
  • You will actively foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within your team towards achieving common goals 

 

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • As a Team Lead, you have completed business-oriented education or comparable education in Project Management
  • You possess several years of experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in a retail context with emphasis on service delivery satisfaction
  • You have good understanding of not only the buying perspective but are also able to contextualize the full scope of necessary services
  • You have a strong stakeholder management expertise, advanced project management skills and a proven track record in delivering projects on time while meeting stakeholder's expectations
  • You have strong presentation skills
  • You possess expertise in delivering new solutions to stakeholders
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • You thrive in an international environment and possess business-fluent English skills
  • You have extensive experience in project management, particularly in coordinating teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach the addressing challenges and obstacles
  • You are structured, organized, reliable and provide your team with the necessary support. A structured way of working is a strong asset for the role
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software such as Confluence or Jira is advantageous

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 76,400.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
