How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Commodity Insights Specialist, you act as the main point of contact for buying teams, supporting them by providing relevant data for negotiations, including market insights and price development of different commodities
- The role of Commodity Insights Specialist requires you to be an expert in research and have a broad knowledge of the commodity market
- Your tasks include ensuring and improving the quality of data collected from different stakeholders
- This requires you to work with data sets and prepare tool- based dashboards and reports for the buying teams
- You are responsible for independently developing concepts and solutions to improve the category performance
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a Commodity Insights Specialist, you completed studies in the field of business administration, economics or you possess relevant work experience in retail (2-4 years)
- You are strongly interested in data handling and you are proficient in the use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- You possess business-fluent English skills
- Analytical, solution-oriented and numerical thinking skills are your strong points
- Reliability, structure and independency describe your working style
- You bring strong communication and teamwork skills with you
- Knowledge of commodity markets is an advantage

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 49.200,-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
