How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

As a Food Technologist (m/f/d), you play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing tastings with a focus on baked goods
Sensory and technological evaluation of both animal-based and plant-based product samples is one of your main tasks
In this role, you also develop training concepts and conduct training sessions in the field of food technology and sensory analysis
Additionally, you take on part of the technical communication with our global partners, manufacturers, and suppliers on behalf of our procurement team
Furthermore, you are responsible for assessing, processing, and harmonizing our products
You are responsible for independently testing product samples for their suitability for international procurement

The requirements for the role are:

As a Food Technologist (m/f/d), you have completed vocational training in food technology or a comparable field
You already have several years of professional experience in food technology or product development/quality management in the food industry, with at least three years in the field of baked goods
You have prior experience in the sensory evaluation of animal-based and/or plant-based foods
Fluent English for negotiations is a given for you
Your work approach is organised, independent, and performance-oriented
Additionally, you have a dedicated personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
You enjoy working on-site in our tasting center, at your laptop in the office, or occasionally remotely when the schedule allows

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300,- *
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
