How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Food Technologist (m/f/d), you play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing tastings with a focus on baked goods
- Sensory and technological evaluation of both animal-based and plant-based product samples is one of your main tasks
- In this role, you also develop training concepts and conduct training sessions in the field of food technology and sensory analysis
- Additionally, you take on part of the technical communication with our global partners, manufacturers, and suppliers on behalf of our procurement team
- Furthermore, you are responsible for assessing, processing, and harmonizing our products
- You are responsible for independently testing product samples for their suitability for international procurement
Your Profile
The requirements for the role are:
- As a Food Technologist (m/f/d), you have completed vocational training in food technology or a comparable field
- You already have several years of professional experience in food technology or product development/quality management in the food industry, with at least three years in the field of baked goods
- You have prior experience in the sensory evaluation of animal-based and/or plant-based foods
- Fluent English for negotiations is a given for you
- Your work approach is organised, independent, and performance-oriented
- Additionally, you have a dedicated personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
- You enjoy working on-site in our tasting center, at your laptop in the office, or occasionally remotely when the schedule allows

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300,- *
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
