How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a graduate in the International Supply Chain Management team, you will gain insights into the strategic supply chain management/logistics of the future of the ALDI SOUTH Group as part of a 14-month graduate programme 
  • You will actively work in different areas within the International Supply Chain Management team, contributing to strategic projects such as our international retail logistics of the future
  • You will be responsible for a strategic project in each of your areas of responsibility as well as working on daily operational topics and will receive professional expert coaching from an experienced manager
  • You will also have the opportunity to work across different teams at ALDI SOUTH Holding and visit our colleagues in other countries during structured business trips
  • You will have the opportunity to take part in various training courses to improve your soft skills, focussing on areas such as communication, conflict management, decision-making and self-organization
  • As a graduate, you will be in an environment where you can constantly learn from internal and external experts

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • As a graduate, you have a degree with a focus on supply chain management/ logistics or engineering/technical background for warehouse
  • You have initial work experience in the form of internships or part-time jobs, which is an advantage
  • You are characterised by a high degree of initiative, commitment and flexibility
  • You are a committed and motivated person with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • You have a hands-on mentality and feel comfortable in a multicultural environment
  • You are fluent in English

Gross annual salary of € 48.400
