How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

As a graduate in the International Supply Chain Management team, you will gain insights into the strategic supply chain management/logistics of the future of the ALDI SOUTH Group as part of a 14-month graduate programme
You will actively work in different areas within the International Supply Chain Management team, contributing to strategic projects such as our international retail logistics of the future
You will be responsible for a strategic project in each of your areas of responsibility as well as working on daily operational topics and will receive professional expert coaching from an experienced manager
You will also have the opportunity to work across different teams at ALDI SOUTH Holding and visit our colleagues in other countries during structured business trips
You will have the opportunity to take part in various training courses to improve your soft skills, focussing on areas such as communication, conflict management, decision-making and self-organization
As a graduate, you will be in an environment where you can constantly learn from internal and external experts

The requirements of the role include:

As a graduate, you have a degree with a focus on supply chain management/ logistics or engineering/technical background for warehouse
You have initial work experience in the form of internships or part-time jobs, which is an advantage
You are characterised by a high degree of initiative, commitment and flexibility
You are a committed and motivated person with strong communication and teamwork skills
You have a hands-on mentality and feel comfortable in a multicultural environment
You are fluent in English
