How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- Supporting our management with organizational subjects in the area of supply chain management, is one of your key task
- Another task is communicating with internal and external stakeholders in an international context and share relevant information
- You’ll coordinate appointments and organize meetings as well as business trips
- As an International Team Assistant, you’ll prepare presentations and create important documentation
- You’ll focus on consolidating data and maintaining internal information systems
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As an International Team Assistant, you have a completed commercial training (at least A-level)
- You have initial relevant work experience in the field of assistance
- Proficiency in working with the computer is one of your professional core competencies (especially MS Office)
- You’re fluent in the English language
- You have a committed and conscientious personality with strong communication and team skills
- You’re able to be independent, accurate and you have an organized way of working
- Professional and self-confident appearance

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 41.400*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
