Personal Assistant to Group Director (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Personal Assistant to Group Director, you handle independently a wide range of assistance tasks (e.g. manage general agenda, organize international meetings, workshops and business trips)
  • You correspond with national and international colleagues and external partners primarily in English, with additional correspondence in German preferred
  • In your role you prepare presentations and process documents/protocols in English
  • You are excited by the task of communicating and building relationships with internal and external English-speaking contacts worldwide
  • Coordinating and supporting Project Management tasks compliments your field of expertise

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • As a Personal Assistant to Group Director, you completed commercial training, university entrance qualification or ideally a university degree 
  • You possess several years of professional experience in the area of management assistance and in an international company
  • You are experienced in handling the PC (especially MS Office)
  • Business-fluent English skills are essential to the role
  • Reliable, structured and independent describe your way of working 
  • You bring with you very good communication skills and a high degree of diligence

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
