How You`ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Project Manager - Buying Strategy Team (f/m/d), you liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive forward value chain projects
- You develop strategic partnerships with suppliers
- The role involves workshop development and facilitation
- You are responsible for the Strategy and Negotiation planning to support buying teams
- You lead multiple projects running concurrently, involving both our global and national buying teams
- This requires you to perform data analysis to provide commercial insights
- In addition, delivering internal trainings as required is essential to the role
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a Project Manager - Buying Strategy Team (f/m/d), you have completed a university degree/studies or equivalent education
- You possess 5 or more years of consulting or other relevant experience
- A high level of commercial acumen and negotiation skills are your strong points
- You bring with you demonstrated experience of strategic sourcing and value chain mapping, as well as well-founded project management experience, with proven ability to drive value chain initiatives
- You possess strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in managing a team
- Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as intercultural sensitivity are essential to the role
- You are willing to travel for the role

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 96,800.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
