How You’ll Make Your Mark

In this position, you’ll…
•    Lead the key CR contact team for the toys and internal procurement buying teams
•    Consult and train buying teams on social and environmental aspects and requirements specific to their supply chains
•    Manage the integration of relevant CR aspects into buying processes 
•    Manage CR projects in the supply chain for toys and internal procurement 
•    Lead the annual CR supplier evaluation
•    Manage stakeholder engagement with external service providers, Multi-Stakeholder-Initiatives and NGOs
•    Create concept papers, analyses, reports and presentations
•    Lead trips to sourcing countries jointly with buying teams
•    Travel regularly to Germany and within Austria to build relations with your key stakeholders

Candidate Profile

The requirements for the role are… 
•    Completed studies with a focus on Corporate Responsibility, human rights, environmental management, economics or similar fields
•    5 years of work experience in business areas preferably related to the implementation of corporate responsibility aspects into buying processes 
•    Experience with and an existing network in the toys industry is a plus
•    Proven project management experience, with strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking  
•    Able to communicate clearly and confidently with senior management as well as suppliers
•    Comfortable with supporting multiple and dynamic processes, projects and concepts with various stakeholders in parallel
•    Independent, reliable, structured and detail-oriented way of working
•    Intercultural sensitivity and fluency in English

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 96,800.- *
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
