Trademark Legal Specialist (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are: 

  • Your day-to-day business, includes dealing with various legal cases with a focus on trademark legal 
  • In addition, you will review and process contracts (e.g. Letter of consent, deed of agreements, NDA’s, internal guidelines and service contracts) on your own responsibility
  • You will be involved in cooperation with specialist departments in the processing of international trademark projects for ALDI Exclusive Brands
  • You enjoy drafting decision papers for consultation of management
  • Working as a Trademark Legal Specialist in our Brand & Packaging team, you deal with the coordination of outsourcing legal issues to external partners
  • You will also operate current legal regulations and proactively support the derivation of recommendations for action in line with requirements
  • Supervision and support of all internal and interdepartmental trademark and paralegal projects within the scope of your professional responsibility, complete your field of activity
  • You are part of the Trademark legal team with direct reporting line to a Manager
     

Your Profile

The requirements of this role include:

  • As a Trademark Legal Specialist you have completed a law degree or hold a degree in economy & law
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable interdepartmental position is a prerequisite for this position
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the field of international trademark and patent law
  • You feel comfortable working with MS Office
  • Very good German and English language skills are one of your competencies
  • You are enthusiastic about translating economic contexts into trademark legal necessities and vice versa
  • A structured and independent way of working is a matter of course for you, as well as a pronounced service mentality and strategic and entrepreneurial thinking

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 52,700*

*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
