How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You’ll independently handle a wide range of assistance tasks in an international environment
- The correspondence with international and national colleagues and external partners is one of your key tasks
- You are responsible for planning and coordinating appointments, business trips and company-wide meetings
- You’ll act as the point of contact among executives, colleagues and external partners
- Another task is to prepare and edit meeting minutes, presentation documents as well as reports
- As a Personal Assistant you ensure the information flow in a timely and accurate manner, collaborating with internal and external English-speaking contacts worldwide
- In this role you’ll also coordinate and support project management tasks
- Adapting flexible to ad hoc duties required by senior management compliments your field of expertise
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You possess several years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt in high pressure situations set you apart
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in German and Spanish is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel) is one of your professional core competencies
- A reliable, structured and discreet way of working is a matter of course to you
- You have a driver's license (class B) and you are able to travel and to work outside of standard working hours when required

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 41.400*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
