How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

You'll support international marketing procurement operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of marketing materials and services
In your role you'll liaise with global suppliers and internal marketing teams to coordinate procurement activities
You'll conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends
In addition, you'll maintain and independently verify data for completeness and accuracy
You'll perform organizational and administrative tasks as part of daily responsibilities

The requirements of the role include:

You have completed your studies or hold a diploma from secondary school
You have 1-3 years experience or internships in marketing procurement, supply chain, or international sourcing
MS Office is one of your professional core competencies
You’re fluent in the English language and ideally you have knowledge of German
You are eager to gain hands-on experience with procurement processes and international sourcing, building the foundation for strategic thinking
You work reliably, independently, and with a structured, detail-oriented approach, preparing for more complex responsibilities
You have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with global teams, developing the leadership and influencing skills needed for future growth
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
