How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and international suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals
- You'll analyse and optimise procurement processes related to marketing services such as agencies, print products, market research, digital marketing, and media buying
- In Addition, you'll manage and lead individual work packages within international procurement projects, supporting planning, execution, and optimisation
- You'll assist with financial analysis, cost estimation, and budget tracking to support strategic procurement decisions
- A part of your role you'll prepare data-driven reports and presentations for senior management to provide project updates and insights
- You'll support organisational and administrative project tasks, including coordination of meetings and documentation
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have a key skill sets in business transformations and partnering with the broader business
- You have proven experience in procurement advisory or consulting roles
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management
- Completed business-oriented degree or equivalent, specializing in project management
- Minimum of three years’ experience in project management, including leadership of workstreams or sub-streams
- You have a strong knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management
- Highly self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work independently
You have exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail with a process-driven approach - Excellent communication skills, confident collaborating with all organizational levels, including senior management, internationally
- You are fluent in English (native or C-level proficiency)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SharePoint is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment with adaptability to change
- Structured, self-organized, and solution-focused work style
- Creative mindset with resilience and reliability in delivering high-quality results
