Procurement Specialist-Supply Chain/Logistics (f/m/d)

Your main tasks in this role are: 

  • As a Procurement specialist you’ll support in the planning, implementation and optimisation of international procurement
  • You’ll be responsible for handling tasks including research, preparation and follow-up of contract negotiations
  • You are excited by the task of collaborating with international suppliers and all ALDI SOUTH countries worldwide
  • You’ll maintain and control records according to deadlines and ensure that information in all systems is updated and accurate at all times
  • You’ll be the contact person for developing existing and building new supplier relationships
  • In addition, you’ll investigate and document existing business processes and propose overarching strategies
  • You’ll be responsible for drafting and editing contracts and presentation documents 
  • You’ll frequently be tasked with presenting updates and recommendations to stakeholders

Your profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have several years of professional experience in procurement 
  • You have completed your university degree or commercial training 
  • You have experience in tendering and contracting processes within SAP Ariba as well as working with external suppliers and consultants 
  • You are strong with MS Office, ideally you are also familiar with SAP Ariba or SAP HANA 
  • You are fluent in the English language and ideally you have knowledge of German 
  • Significant attention to detail and a structured mindset is a matter of course for you
  • An independent, co-operative and reliable working style sets you apart
  • Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Warehouse experience is an advantage but not critical

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
