How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You will support the development and execution of strategic communication for the Procurement function, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities and leadership messaging
- You’ll translate complex strategic topics into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate communication formats across different hierarchy levels
- You will independently drive the preparation and execution of key communication formats, such as newsletters, townhalls, presentations, and executive summaries
- You’ll support governance-related topics, including maintaining and updating documentation and communication standards
- You will take ownership of smaller projects or work packages, driving them from concept to delivery with a high level of independence
- You will support the organisation of a Director Working Group and Procurement’s involvement in the Commercial Leadership Team, ensuring clarity, consistency and timely delivery in alignment with the function strategy
- You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Procurement, aligning messaging and ensuring consistent communication across channels
- You will support managing and continuously improving internal communication platforms, including MS Teams channels and SharePoint, ensuring they remain effective and user-friendly
- You’ll act as a reliable partner for stakeholders, confidently navigating ambiguity and ensuring high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed studies, ideally in the field of Communication, Business Administration, Project Management or similar
- You have 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in communication, project management, or a related field
- You bring a strong ability to translate complex topics into clear and impactful communication
- You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and demonstrate a professional and confident presence
- You have gained initial experience in project environments and are able to independently structure and drive topics forward
- You have strong organisational skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset (hands-on mentality and good judgement)
- You are able to balance multiple priorities, work independently and know when to involve stakeholders or escalate topics
- You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and feel comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities
- You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive working style
- You have a very strong command of English (native or C-level); German skills are advantageous
