IT Service Desk Analyst - Slovenian and English

My responsibilities:

  • Supporting our European stores as a Help Desk Agent in the international IT department of the ALDI SÜD Group 
  • First level support in computer technology (HW, SW, networks, POS systems)
  • Processing requests by phone, issuing passports, and documenting support activity
  • Analysis, solution, or transfer of software and hardware errors in the IT system of branch offices
  • Keeping in contact with the solution groups of the second and third level 
  • Providing support to remote installations, backups, and technical tasks
  • Testing new hardware and software

The knowledge I own:

  • Excellent Slovenian AND English language skills
  • At least secondary education completed
  • Quick-learner and openness to new IT solutions
  • Customer-driven personality and excellent communication skills
  • Responsible work attitude
  • Team spirit
  • Relevant experience is not required
