Analyst HR Organisation and Strategy (f/m/d)

Tasks that await me

  • Support the strategic alignment of the HR department
  • Further develop and coordinate the department‘s operating rhythm 
  • Monitor and analyse the department’s progress and success
  • Prepare and coordinate alignment meetings between the International Management Holding’s business units
  • Assist with the definition of service level agreements between business units
  • Support the implementation of HR knowledge management/workflow software to improve the HR customer experience
  • Support the execution of various structural HR topics/projects

My qualifications

  • Completed commercial studies in the field of business, media or communication 
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiastic about organisational and conceptual topics with HR focus
  • Very good German and English skills 
  • Structured and independent way of working

Remuneration

Attractive gross annual salary starting from € 45.990 .- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
