CR Value Chain Project Specialist (f/m/d)

Tasks that await me

  • Support in the planning, implementation and management of sustainability aspects of value chain optimisation projects
  • Assist in the development of guidelines, processes and tools in regard to sustainability and promote their application across value chain optimisation projects
  • Build interface with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Assist in coordinating and aligning sustainability-related value chain optimisation activity undertaken in HOFER/ALDI countries 
  • Support in the development and facilitation of workshops and trainings
  • Prepare project presentations and documents
  • Support with research, analysis of data and administrative tasks

My qualifications

  • Completed studies ideally in the field of business, sustainability, human rights or other relevant subjects
  • Ideally 2 years consulting or other relevant work experience, preferably in the field of FMCG
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Experience in dealing with sustainability in supply chains desirable
  • Experienced handling of the PC (especially MS-Office tools), SAP knowledge of advantage
  • Very good English skills
  • Reliable, structured and independent way of working
  • Analytical, solution-oriented and innovative thinking
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills

Attractive gross annual salary starting from € 45,900.-  for 38.5 hours/week
