HR Specialist International CR (m/w/d)

Tasks that await me

  • Act as HR knowledge expert and be the main point of contact for any CRI employees HR questions and queries
  • Support in the development of IMH wide HR priorities 
  • Support the CRI representatives in their role as IMH HR Committee members
  • Implement any relevant departmental HR activity driven by the central IMH HR Team 
  • Develop and implement additional CRI-specific HR activities (e.g. 360 degree feedback, development measures for talents)
  • Communicate any HR developments to the department in clear and easy to understand language
  • Support the development and implementation of ways of working and wellbeing initiatives across the department
  • Support knowledge sharing and best practice exchange with other HR teams of the ALDI SOUTH Group
  • Keep up to date with trends and developments in HR with a focus on training and development 

My qualifications

  • Management of the process for training plans for new starters 
  • Identify training and development needs for the CRI Department 
  • Identify and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of CRI 
  • Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets
  • Amend and revise programmes as necessary to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment

Remuneration

Attractive gross annual salary starting from € 45,900.-  for 38.5 hours/week
